First Impressions
The first thing you notice about Green Smoke e-cigarettes is the product’s presentation. The box itself is green with a magnetic drop top decorated with the Green Smoke label and a leaf design. The whole package practically screams, “Natural!” It’s an accurate impression because the product has a very natural taste and feel.
The kit comes with two chargers: one designed for a wall outlet and the other a USB model which can be charged right at your computer. One thing that’s different about the Green Smoke kit as compared to other e-cigarettes is that it includes a corded charger that lets you continue smoking even while you charge the battery. It also comes with an in-depth instruction manual, which is great for beginners, and a membership card so you can tell everyone that you’re a fan. All and all, it gives a great first impression. On a scale of one to five, Green Smoke gets a five from me.
Battery/Output
As compared to other e-cigarettes, Green Smoke has a great battery. It’s light weight but still has an exceptionally long life. During actual use, I only charged it once per day. The batteries also seemed to be well balanced. They both held their charge for about the same length of time. The corded charger worked really well, too. I never had to put off smoking while I waited for the batteries to charge. That was a real treat because there’s nothing quite as frustrating as reaching for your e-cig just when you’re really in the mood for it only to find it needs a charge. With the corded charger, that was never a problem. As long as I was near an outlet, I could smoke while the batteries recharged.
The vapor output was also impressive. A single drag produced a pleasant amount of vapor, even leaving a brief cloud in the air just like a real cigarette. I was almost tempted to try blowing a few smoke rings. Good job, Green Smoke! I give you four and half out of five in the categories of battery life and product output.
Flavor
As I said before, everything about Green Smoke felt very natural. At times, I almost forgot I was smoking an e-cigarette instead of the real thing. The vapor had a very natural taste and feel. In the past, I’ve never really enjoyed flavored cigarettes, but Green Smoke has almost changed my mind. The Red Label flavor compared favorably to Marlboro Reds while the Strong Tobacco Flavor had a very authentic taste. Chocolate and Mocha turned out to be two of my favorites. The Chocolate tasted like chocolate, and the Mocha tasted, you guessed it, just like mocha. I’ve never been impressed with vanilla, either, but Green Smoke’s version was a yummy surprise. Then there was the menthol. I’m a menthol smoker, so it was important to me that this flavor be reproduced accurately. I needn’t have worried. The Green Smoke’s menthol cartomizers were great. They gave the vapor a rich, refreshing mint flavor. Again, well done Green Smoke. They earned a perfect score, five out of five, in the flavor department from me.
Overall
Overall, the Green Smoke Electronic Cigarette is a great product. From the product packaging, I got the impression of something natural, and the product lived up to that impression. With its long battery life, realistic smoke and satisfying flavors, there’s not much about Green Smoke that could even be improved. My final rating for Green Smoke: five out of five.
